The SmartBarter site is geared up for maximum exposure to the internet search engines. It's designed to be rich in text content and references which are easily indexed.
We get our information from you in one of two ways. Either you send us your content (in the form of an XML or Froogle feed) or we teach our engine to understand the format of your website so that we can visit your site and find it out for ourselves. We take this information and include it in the SmartBarter catalogue by generating 'static HTML'. This is high in information content and easy for the search engines to index.
While we're doing this we link it all together so that visitors can find your products and services easily by category and keyword.
All these items in the SmartBarter index have links back to the relevant places on your website, so when potential customers find what they're looking for SmartBarter takes them straight to the right page, and they buy them directly from you.
All this for a modest annual charge of £100+VAT, and no hidden extras. You can pay by PayPal or Credit Card. This covers you for up to 150 entries, we have other levels of membership for larger businesses.
